Dr. Sara Oueslati is a Content Delivery Solutions Manager and a CDN Senior Architect with the International Backbone Network Factory, Orange’s entity in charge of operating the Group international networks and IT infrastructure. She has been leading since 2011 some of the first CDN deployments for Orange international affiliates. She is currently working on Telco CDN business development with a focus on CDN solutions technical design and evolution. She joined Orange Labs as a research engineer in 2000. Her research has been mainly in the field of network performance modeling and content dissemination. From 2005 to 2010, Sara was head of the "Traffic and Resource Management" research team within Orange Labs with applications to QoS control and network dimensioning, content dissemination mechanisms and protocol design. From 2003 to 2006, she was active in the "Service and Network Operations" group of ITU-T. She graduated in Computer Science Engineering from the "Ecole Nationale des Sciences de l'Informatique", Tunis (Tunisia) in 1997 and was awarded a Ph.D. degree by the “Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications” (known today as Télécom ParisTech), in 2000.
