Matthew has more than 15 years’ experience in the media industry. He originally embarked on a career in media sales working for The Times, The Business and The Independent. Matthew went on to assist in the building of the UK’s only e-commerce-exclusive ad network, and is now leading the global growth strategy at The Specialist Works.

Matthew enjoys learning about trends in media, marketing strategy and attribution, consumer behaviour, creative and tech. His particular interest is identifying opportunities where the agency's disruptive agility can be brought in to enhance campaign outcomes.
