John Cassy, is Founder and Managing Director, Canon Street, a strategic advisory and creative agency working across the tech, media and cultural sectors in the UK and internationally. A former Guardian journalist specialising in the business of media and technology, he spent ten years at BSkyB in a range of senior editorial and commercial roles. These included founding and growing Sky Arts into the UK’s leading portfolio of cultural TV channels, and being part of the teams that launched HD and 3D into the UK market. Programming highlights included the technologically ground-breaking and BAFTA winning 3D and 4k 'David Attenborough’s Natural History Museum Alive!' and Antony Gormley's BAFTA nominated 'One & Other' public art project in Trafalgar Square.
